Traditional Skills Roadshow
31st January 2018 9.30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
If you are 14-19 years old and would like to try your hand at skills which could turn in to career opportunities, or are interested in traditional crafts using differing techniques used in historic work, or would just like to learn more,
then this is for you!
There will be demonstrations in:
Stone and Wood Carving and Lettering, Traditional Timber work
with opportunities talk to the Tutors and view their work
There will also be boat trips around Goole Docks, tours of the Museum
and other heritage based activities
ALL ACTIVITIES ARE FREE OF CHARGE
ALL WELCOME!
The Gift Shop and the Cafe will be open throughout the day
