West Park Music in the Park Festival
A special Music in the Park Festival has been organised for Saturday 24 August from 3pm until 8pm in West Park.
The event features an array of talented musicians and performers on the band stand.
It’s also the launch of the Desmond Family Canoe Trail too.
Luke Bottomley and Soul Revolver will be bringing their talent to the evbent along with Eleanor Hodgson, Brian Wright, Gavin Dawson, acoustic duo Thomas and Leon and Amy McLellan. Picnic in the Park organiser, Jessica Sharp, will also be singing.
West Park Café will be serving a hog roast amongst other things.
Face painting will be available and an array or arts and crafts will be available too.
