Free Family and Local History Day 9 November at Goole Library
Have you ever wondered if you have a local celebrity in your family or do you just have an interest in the history of Goole and its people? Staff and practitioners at Goole Library’s annual Family and Local History Day will be able to help you find out.
On Saturday 9 November from 10am until 4pm you can gain advice on how to use the range of library resources availablwe to research your family history
Representatives from a number of family history groups will be attending including Boothferry, Marshland, Doncaster, and Isle of Axholme. Goole Civic Society and the Goole World War One Research Group will also have representatives attending
